SMS could also be used to spark interest in customers that haven’t attended an event in a while by sending them updates of upcoming events that could be similar to ones they have attended in the past.

As an event organiser it’s important to consider the customer journey, from ticket purchasing to post event communications.

We have seen in recent years smaller businesses fighting hard to make themselves heard when it comes to marketing their products. With smaller budgets and constant pressure to compete against larger companies it is often difficult to find an affordable solution that is not only easy to use but that doesn’t take up a huge amount of time.
