Dynmark is changing Message Manager for YOU!

Liz James

After our launch into the Cloud in May this year, we rebranded our online SaaS application e-txt to become Message Manager. By registering for the Cloud Portal, customers could gain instant and free access to this application and start sending messages straight away.

We want our customers to know that we always listen to our customers, and that we are constantly looking for ways to improve our platform and applications. We respect and appreciate all customer feedback, so if you want to let us know your thoughts then you can, through the Support section of the Dynmark Cloud Portal.

Following some important customer feedback Dynmark’s Technical Development Team has invested vast quantities of time and effort in making sure that our product meets the needs of our clients.

We have received a lot of helpful feedback from some of our most loyal customers which has helped us to shape Message Manager into a better tool. As a result we will be launching Message Manager a new next Monday 24th September with huge improvements to its functional offering.

Watch out this week for daily Tweets, Facebook updates, changes on LinkedIn and YouTube to see the changes we have made for you, our customers.

The top 5 things we have changed…

Improvement #1: The contact search function now allows you to type the first two characters of the customer’s name or number and Message Manager will auto complete to return the closest matches.

Improvement #2: The contact view page allows you to move and hide contact data fields as well as view up to 200 contacts per page.

Improvement #3: Our new “What can I do here?” dialogs will give information about your current page. A summary of the most valuable can be found on the homepage.

Improvement #4: Use “Common Tasks” to navigate straight to the most commonly use parts of Message Manager in a single click.

Improvement #5: The new and improved navigation tree for messages shows all the various levels of folders in your inbox and allows you to navigate between them.
