We’ve gone and done something EPIC for our customers at Dynmark. We have created a dedicated agency for all our clients to use to help them create amazing  mobile messaging campaigns using our range of applications. .

The Dynmark Agency are experts, they are employed specifically to fulfil the needs of our clients, and using their combined knowledge of all Dynmark’s products and services they can set up and deploy a range of campaigns as well as offering advice and best practice on getting the most out of mobile messaging.

The team work mostly on our larger clients including Carphone Warehouse and Gala Coral Group, sending and designing campaigns on a daily basis. However, Dynmark is also all about SMB and mid-enterprise customers and we want to show them how useful the Agency can really be.

To give an example of what we are capable of, at the moment the Agency is working on a quiz, which will allow our clients to engage their customers and limit their pay out. This means they can involve 10,000 customers for example and whittle them down to only the people that get all the questions right and put them in a prize draw. Inbound messaging like this is a great way to check your data quality and engage in two way communications with your customers. .

We can do everything from just setting up a campaign, to number validation, copy writing and reporting on all your campaigns. This means you won’t miss a trick; you’ll have total visibility of what we have done for you, and the results of that action. In a small business, there can be little resource put aside for marketing and we understand that, so we have made our Agency Services accessible to all. Companies can pay on a per campaign basis so that they need only use the Agency when it is going to benefit them to do so, which of course, we think is all the time!
