If you want to get to know more about the team click here! Each month we introduce a new team member, through our Facebook Page.

This year we’ve also moved offices, we are now in Westmoreland House on Bath Road, Cheltenham, we love our new offices. It’s a great space for our expanding team and we hope that all the team feels at home here. If you ever want to pop in for a chat and coffee just give us a call on 03333 44 8880.

As you know 2011 saw Dynmark expand into the US and our much loved CEO Oscar Jenkins moved over to the Golden State to set up Dynmark USA. Oscar is joined by Lucy in the US, who you can meet here. She came over to our offices in Cheltenham in July for two weeks for her induction. And we hope next time we can go and visit her and Oscar!

2011 also saw the creation of Dynmark Academy, founded by our Managing Director Paul Putman. We will officially announce our Academy Programme in the New Year and you can then meet some of Academites so keep watching this space.

We have had an exceptionally busy 12 months, and have broken quite a few of our own records, and all of this couldn’t have been done without the great team spirit that we have at Dynmark!

This is why we had a great Christmas party to say thank you and even presented awards to say an extra special thank you some very deserving people. If you want to check us all out in our glad rags click here.

We are really looking forward to the next twelve months , which we know are going to be mega busy, but we are confident that we can make 2012 even more successful than 2011.

We hope you all have a great 2012.

Phillippa Clark

 Merry Christmas Everyone!

We are pleased to launch our first edition of Dynmark Mobile Marketing Tips so be sure to keep an eye on our Blog as each month we will treat you to a special Mobile Marketing Tip!

With Christmas here it’s one of the busiest times of year to be marketing to your customers, it’s also one of the most important and essential times to get in touch and get your customers to return to your company in the New Year!

How you can use sms to spread the festive cheer?

We here at Dynmark can’t promise you a white Christmas, but we can promise that you and your customers will have a happy and lucrative one!  So take a look at some of the reasons below and help spread the festive cheer.

It’s good to stay in touch!

With Christmas being the time to show how much you care about others, why not use it as an opportunity to thank your loyal customers? Why not drop them a text to say Merry Christmas and let them know when you will be re-opening after the Christmas break. Just wishing your customers a Merry Christmas makes your customers feel special and wanted, leaves a lasting impression that hopefully will stick with your customers over the festive period, bringing them back again and again.

Christmas Offers

With the spirit of giving in the air have you thought about a Christmas or New Year’s offer for your customers?  Why not send out a campaign with a special Keyword or Code for your loyal customers to redeem next time they visit, helping to entice them back to you and improving customer loyalty.

We all know that money is tight, and everyone is looking for that bargain this year at Christmas. So what can you offer your customer that’s going to keep them coming back time and time again? Is it half price? BOGOF? Or maybe a special treat for them? £5 Voucher for them to use in the New Year!

Go that extra mile

Go that extra mile this Christmas, it important to leave that important impression in your customers mind this Christmas period, you want to guarantee their custom next year, so push the boat out and do something a little bit special for your customers. Give them something to talk about, something that they can spread around their family and friends on how great your company is. It could be a Christmas offer, or a free Christmas gift just for them. Think outside the box and get those customers in the bag for 2012!
